This is a light and smooth vanilla sponge that’s aromatic and sweet. Our Jam and cream sponge cake is made of three decadent layers filled with lashings of raspberry jam and fresh cream. For that mouth-watering look, the top and sides are also covered in fresh cream with decorative cream rosettes and fresh strawberries on top. Delightful for a high tea, office afternoon tea or decadent dessert. We bake fresh daily, with mainly local ingredients that are preservative-free.
